Tammie is the senior staff member at the Barrington Eye Care Center. She has over fifteen years of optical experience and fourteen of which have been with Dr. Aschenbrenner. Her responsibilities include frame buying and displays, selection and dispensing of eyewear to patients, and handling the computer system. She has an Associates Degree in Science from Elgin Community College and is certified in Optics through Indiana University.

Tammie is a highly skilled optician with excellent frame and lens selection technique and is well versed in all aspects of operation in the practice. She will enhance a patient's experience at the office with her friendly and gracious approach to service. Tammie can likely answer any questions or concerns regarding the Barrington Eye Care Center policies and procedures, as well as any technical optical concerns.

Sue joined Barrington Eye Care in 2001 and has worked with patients in both the optical department and at the front desk. Her overall knowledge of the practice and dedication to customer service has led to her current position as Manager of Patient Services. As head of this department she oversees the front desk and para optometric staff. She also serves as the LASIK Coordinator, assisting patients throughout their LASIK experience while addressing any questions. Coordinating the appointment schedule, the application of insurance benefits, and accounts administration are all in a day's work.

Sue is the patient's primary contact and is eager to assist in any way she can.
