I had never been here before. But I needed an appointment ASAP after my kitten scratched my eye accidentally. My phone call was answered on the first ring and they were able to see me immediately. (Not something I expected they’d be able to do!) The front desk, pretester, and doctor were all very friendly and helpful. My prescription was sent in and filled before I had even left the building. They were great with the small kids that were there at the same time as me, too. I would highly recommend!

The techs at this office are great! I had one of the arms of my glasses fall off at the worst possible time - the day of a job interview and I was about to leave for a trip. As a new patient walk in, they saw me right away and worked together to replace the arm with a spare one they had that matches really well and feels sturdy. Thank you!

Dr. Kate is the best. All the staff are so sweet and friendly. They were more than gracious when I had to bring my little 4 month old to my appointment.

Friendly atmosphere. Goes above and beyond to ensure you have a proper prescription, especially when wearing progressive glasses. Large assortment of beautiful frames to suit every taste. I’ve been coming here for years. I get my regular glasses, sunglasses and computer glasses here.
